Brake Repair in Cincinnati, OH
Squealing, grinding, a pulsing pedal or a soft one. Bring it in and we’ll find out why.
The whole system, not just pads.
Brakes are the one repair nobody should sit on. At J&W Complete Auto Service we look at the whole system, not just the pads: rotors, calipers and slide pins, hoses, hard lines and the fluid itself. Then you hear what’s worn, what’s fine and what can wait, in plain words.
The shop is on Spring Grove Avenue in Cincinnati, about 2 miles from downtown, and we’re open 7 days a week. Cars, trucks and SUVs all come through our bays; the Ford F-150 further down this page is one of them.
Brake Repair, covered.
- Pads and rotors

- Hoses and brake lines

Brakes questions.
Something else? Call or text (513) 760-4822 and ask. Mon–Fri 10 AM–6 PM · Sat–Sun 10 AM–3 PM.
Do I need new rotors every time I get new pads?
Not always. Rotors get replaced when they’re worn below spec, warped or badly scored. If yours are still good, new pads can go on them, and we’ll tell you which way it is.
Is it safe to drive with the brake light on?
Get it checked soon. The light can mean low fluid, a worn sensor or a hydraulic problem. If the pedal feels different too, call (513) 760-4822 before you drive it far.
Do you do brakes on trucks and SUVs?
Yes. Cars, trucks and SUVs. The photos on this site include a Ford F-150, Chevy crossovers, Hondas and Subarus.
What should I tell you when I call?
What you hear or feel, when it happens (first stop of the morning, hard stops, highway speed) and whether any lights are on. That gets us to the cause faster.
